U.K. firms pledge to hire more female execs

Millennial males are making less money than the previous generation as they take on lower paid, lower skilled jobs.

The Resolution Foundation, a British think tank, published new research Thursday saying men born between 1981 and 2000 will earn £12,500 ($ 15,700) less in their 20s than Generation X men.
